Quality Management System Implemented in "Tbilservice Group" Hotline Service

In alignment with international standards, "Tbilservice Group" LLC has integrated a quality management system into its hotline service, adhering to the ISO 9001 standard. This implementation encompasses the development of qualitative evaluation criteria, an incoming call monitoring mechanism, an evaluation system, and a supplier control process.

A comprehensive summary meeting with ISO representatives was conducted, during which the director of "Tbilservice Group," Davit Pachulia, was formally presented with the ISO 9001 quality management certificate.

This initiative involved the active participation of hotline service managers and operators, who underwent various training sessions to contribute to the successful establishment of the quality management system.

The adoption of ISO 9001:2015, an internationally recognized quality management system standard, ensures the continuous enhancement of the hotline services provided by "Tbilservice Group."
